Rambus Inc. (NASDAQ: RMBS) today announced its revolutionary A19 lamp,
first introduced in 2013, has been named as winner in the Energy
Technology category of the EE Times and EDN 2014 UBM Tech ACE Awards.
This lamp, which utilizes Rambus' patented MicroLens®
optical technology, delivers the light output of a traditional
incandescent lamp with the energy efficiency, durability and reliability
of advanced LED technology. The Rambus MicroLens technology is also
utilized in the WaveStream™
line of LED lighting solutions provided by Eaton's
Cooper Lighting Division.
